Media Release

By completing this form, I give Carl Glenn Photography permission to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of me (or my child, if applicable) for the purposes of portfolio display, marketing, promotion, and advertising. This may include use on:

• Carl Glenn Photography’s website

• Social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)

• Printed promotional materials (e.g., brochures or postcards)

• Art shows or exhibits

• Photography competitions or publications

I understand that my name, age, and images may be used, but that no other personal information (such as address, demographics, etc.) will be shared publicly. I understand I will receive no compensation for the use of these materials.

I understand that Carl Glenn Photography will retain ownership of all photographs and may edit, crop, or modify images for quality or creative purposes. I waive the right to inspect or approve final versions.

I release Carl Glenn Photography from any and all claims arising from use of the images, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.
